We conducted FEM analysis on the external glass fins designed to promote natural ventilation, evaluating their behavior under wind pressure and seismic loading, as well as performing various structural analyses for the entrance hall glazing system.
The glass fins are structurally realized through a three-dimensional four-point support system, which restrains both self-weight and out-of-plane deformation, while one horizontal edge is additionally supported by the sash system as a supplementary restraint.
The entrance hall glazing adopts a piece-supported structural sealant glazing (SSG) system. The transparent slit joints emphasize the visual lightness and transparency of the façade while also serving as a distinctive architectural design feature.
