美しい鉄骨フレームのブリッジです。屋根には特注インクを使用した半透過塗料のセラミックプリントガラス、側面にはフロート曲げ合わせガラスが用いられています。
美しい鉄骨フレームを出来るだけそのまま見せ、余計な要素を減らすため、フレームを直接利用したサッシュとし取り付け精度を吸収するために大きなクリアランスが設けられています。
内側に傾いた欄干と美しい３ヒンジの鉄鋼フレームは未来的なフォルムを表現しみなとみらいの名所の一つとなっています。
This bridge features a beautifully exposed steel frame structure. The roof incorporates ceramic-printed glass using specially developed translucent ink, while the sides are clad with hot-bent laminated glass.
To preserve the elegance of the steel frame and minimize unnecessary visual elements, the frame itself was utilized directly as the sash system. Generous clearances were carefully introduced to accommodate installation tolerances and construction accuracy.
The inward-inclined balustrades together with the refined three-hinged steel frame create a futuristic appearance, making the bridge one of the iconic landmarks of Minato Mirai.
