相模湾越しに富士山を望む葉山の森戸海岸に建てられたホテルです。
洗練されたデザインを有するこのホテルには、出来るだけその存在を
主張しないよう全てのガラス素板に高透過ガラスが使用されています。
高い遮熱、断熱、可視光透過性能を有するLow-E複層ガラスを窓に、
安全性と高透過性を持つ高透過強化合わせガラスは自立手摺に使用されました。
可動式のガラスパテーソンスクリーンは内部と外部をシームレスに融合しています。
This hotel is built on Morito Beach in Hayama, offering views of Mount Fuji across Sagami Bay. Featuring a sophisticated design, low-iron glass is used for all glass substrates so that the building's presence remains as understated as possible. Low-E IGUs—which provide high solar control, thermal insulation, and visible light transmittance—were selected for the windows, while laminated low-iron tempered glass was used for the self-standing railings to ensure both safety and high transparency. Movable glass partition screens seamlessly blend the interior and exterior environments.
