イノベーションセンターにアプローチする1Fエントランスホールは、出来るだけシンプルで透明なガラスの箱でありながら、高い断熱性などの環境性能が求められるものでした。
そこで透明反射色のＬＯＷ-Ｅ複層ガラスを最小のポイント金物とこれを支える片持ちフレームで支持する構法を提案しました、このフレームは風圧に耐えるだけではなく、地震時にはヤジロベーのように傾いて変位を吸収することで高い耐震性能も実現しています。
また、小ぶりな風除室はその存在を主張しすぎないよう床から自立した強化合わせガラスと最小のフレームとの組み合わせだけで構成されています。
3F研究開発部門のオフィスでは素晴らしい眺望を生かしたフルハイトのガラスリブ構法が採用され、高透過合わせガラスリブを使用することで、スクリーンの透明性をあげています。
The first-floor entrance hall leading to the Innovation Center was envisioned as a simple and transparent glass box while still meeting demanding environmental performance requirements, including high thermal insulation.
To achieve this, we proposed a structural glazing system using neutral reflective Low-E insulating glass supported by minimal point-fixing hardware and cantilevered frames. These frames were designed not only to resist wind loads, but also to provide superior seismic performance by tilting like a balancing toy during earthquakes, thereby absorbing structural displacement.
On the third-floor research and development offices, a full-height glass fin system was adopted to maximize the exceptional views. By utilizing high-transparency laminated glass fins, the façade achieves an even greater level of visual clarity and openness.
